In conjunction with Children and Family Law Division of the Committee for Public Counsel Services, Tay-Law Has received an appointment to be certified trial counsel in various juvenile courts throughout the Commonwealth. Any party who requires counsel and can provide proof of indigency may become a client of this firm at the expense of the Commonwealth.
In light of the appointment mentioned above, I've included information below as an introduction to Care and Protection proceedings, as well as information regarding the necessary first steps for any parents involved in one of these proceedings.
